Today our continuing walk through the gospel of Luke brings us to an encounter near Jericho. A blind man sitting alongside the roadside hears a commotion approaching, learns it is Jesus passing by, and calls out to Jesus for mercy. Consider with us the eyes of faith this blind man had, allowing him to see what others failed to see.
